Corporate & Group Volunteering

Volunteering

Volunteer groups can assist our youth development programs and improve our Club spaces in a variety of ways. Volunteer groups dedicate their time to improvement projects that may not otherwise be completed during our normal operations, making them an extremely valuable asset to our members.

Groups are welcome at all six Club sites in the Greater Kansas City area. Projects differ based on Club needs and can accommodate anywhere from five to 50 people. Please note: larger groups (15 +) require additional planning and consideration.

Getting Started

STEP 1: Contact Jason Roth, Senior Director, Development, at 816-361-3600 x232 or jroth@helpkckids.org.

STEP 3: Confirm and rally your team!

Types of Activities

Youth Interactions

By directly connecting with youth through activities like tutoring, mentoring, art projects or science experiments, your group can be a positive force in the lives of Club kids.

Beautification / Done-in-a-day Projects

Tending gardens, organizing Club areas, “spring-cleaning,” or mural projects. Your efforts will show our youth that the community cares about them and their Club. Please note: expenses involved with beautification projects must be covered by the volunteer group.
