Kansas City, Mo. – Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City (BGCGKC) announced today that the Board of Directors has unanimously named Jason Roth as the next President and CEO, effective January 2, 2023. BGCGKC conducted its search process with the assistance of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s CEO Search Team.
Jason Roth has been a leader in the non-profit sector for twenty years and has been with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City for over a decade. He possesses a vast and deep knowledge of the organization and has played a critical role in its growth in recent years.
Prior to being named President and CEO, Jason Roth led the resource development department and has driven significant transformation for the Clubs. He has been instrumental in the cultivation of strong civic and corporate partnerships and built grassroots support across the metropolitan area. In addition, he has significantly increased resources to drive Club initiatives. Roth is a dynamic leader whose passion for the Boys & Girls Club mission shines bright among Club youth, staff, partners, donors and volunteers he serves with on various campaigns.
Roth is a native of St. Louis and has been a resident of Kansas City for more than twenty years. He and his wife, Christina, have two daughters who share their love of sports and outdoor adventures. Roth completed his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at the University of Central Missouri where he currently serves on the Public Relations Professional Advisory Board.

As President and CEO, Jason Roth’s responsibilities include leading the organization’s strategic direction, oversight of organizational operations, financials, programming, brand reputation, talent recruitment, resource development and stakeholder relationships. The President and CEO also serves as the organization’s primary ambassador and lead communicator. In partnership with his team, Roth will oversee the organization’s 10 Unit locations. The President and CEO reports to BGCGKC Board Chair, Damon Bryant.
