Journeys : Navigating Adolescence with Confidence
Journeys: Paths to Adulthood provides young people ages 10-14 with the space, support, and tools to explore their identity during the critical stage of adolescence. This program helps participants reflect on their sense of self and understand their identity in relation to the world around them. Through guided activities and discussions, Journeys empowers youth to navigate the challenges of adolescence and emerge as confident, healthy young adults.
SMART Moves:
Skills for Making Healthy Choices
SMART Moves (Skills Mastery and Resistance Training) equips youth with the tools to resist risky behaviors. This program focuses on building decision-making skills, emotional intelligence, and peer resistance strategies. Through age-appropriate activities, members learn how to make healthy choices and navigate challenges related to substance use, peer pressure, and relationships.
Sports L•A•B
(Lifestyle, Attitude, Behavior): Building Healthy Habits through Sports
In partnership with Saint Luke’s Health Systems, this innovative program combines physical activity with creative expression and strategic thinking. Sports L•A•B helps kids and teens develop healthy lifestyles by engaging in sports while also nurturing a positive mindset and strong behavioral habits.
Triple Play
A suite of three targeted programs designed to help youth build the skills, attitudes, knowledge, and behaviors essential for leading a healthy lifestyle. Focusing on the mind, body, and soul, Triple Play encourages physical activity, fosters positive social interactions, and promotes overall well-being. Through engaging activities and mentorship, members develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Weight Lifting
Our weight-lifting facilities offer members the opportunity to build strength, endurance, and lifelong fitness habits in a safe and supervised environment. Professional instruction is available to ensure proper technique and safety. Weight training helps reduce the risk of sports injuries, enhances overall health, and boosts self-confidence.
