Lily Wilson
Clifford H. Nowlin Site Coordinator
A Kansas City native, Lily fell in love with youth development when she was only a teenager. Inspired at Apostolic Church of God where she led Vacation Bible School to elementary-aged children, Lily quickly developed a deep passion for teaching and working with youth in her community. This passion stuck with her throughout the years, which led her to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City.
In 2016 Lily fulfilled the role as a Group Leader at the Hawthorne Unit and later expanded her role to Director at Clifford Nowlin Middle School where she oversees a federally funded 21st Century Learning Center. Lily believes in the philosophy that youth are our arrow to the future, and she is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where youth have the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.
Lily is currently finishing her Associate’s in Arts at MCCKC, and will later transfer to the University of Missouri-Kansas City to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education.
