Children develop habits to nurture their well-being as they grow into healthy, successful adults.

Developing good habits early leads to better health and quality of life throughout adulthood. Our Healthy Lifestyles programs teach kids the value of exercise, proper nutrition, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 

And because a healthy lifestyle includes making responsible choices, children learn the skills they need to resist drug or alcohol abuse, gang involvement, and other risky behaviors.


Sports L•A•B (Lifestyle, Attitude, Behavior)

In partnership with Saint Luke’s Health Systems, this sports-centric program integrates creative expression, strategic thinking and physical activity.

Sports Leagues

Kids strengthen their athletic abilities and leadership skills through organized sports, including baseball and softball, basketball, soccer, track, and more.

Triple PLAY

Kids learn to nurture their mind, body and soul with stress management skills, fitness and positive relationships.

Passport to Manhood

Young men ages 11-14 learn how to navigate adulthood and make responsible life choices.
