Boys & Girls Clubs to Host Hiring Fairs

Clubs seek teachers, administrators and other energetic applicants who are ready to have fun while making a difference in the life of a child

Kansas City, Mo – Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to conduct youth development programs for youth, ages 5-18, during the Clubs’ Atomic Blast Summer Enrichment Program. Positions are available in six Greater Kansas City area Club locations in Kansas City and Independence, Missouri, and Olathe and Kansas City, Kansas.

Interested applicants are encouraged to attend one of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City’s hiring fairs taking place at the Thornberry Unit, 3831 E. 43rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64130.

Tuesday, March 19, 4 p.m. -7 p.m.

Thursday, March 21, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. -7 p.m.

Wednesday, March 27, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Tuesday, April 2, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Interviews will be conducted on-site. Apply on-line at www.helpkckids.org prior to attending or take 15 minutes to apply on-site. Please bring a photo ID (driver’s license or passport), social security card, printed and submitted application, and current administrative certification or Missouri teaching certificate if applicable.

Positions available and hourly rates: School Administrators – $45, Certified Teachers – $25/$30, Substitute Teachers – $18, Membership Coordinator – $11, Cook – $11, Group Leader – $10.20, Van Driver – $10.20.
